Q1. What is AePS service?
Aadhaar Enabled Payment Systems (AePS) is a unique service that allows customers to conduct banking transactions from their account using their fingerprint.
Q2. Where can I buy Micro ATM from?
You can order your Micro ATM device after our agent registertion complete. Click on Micro ATM icon on the home screen, click on ‘Your Device’, fill in your address and order your device. Cost of the device will be debited from the wallet and device will be delivered to your registered address.
Q3. Is cash withdrawal from Credit Card or Prepaid card allowed through Mini-ATM?
Currently, we support only Debit card cash withdrawal.
Q4. What is DMT Full Form?
DMT stands for Domestic Money Transfer, you can send money to any account number 24X7 across India. Money transfer service is available with IMPS and NEFT payment option.
Q5. My money transfer transaction is ‘In progress’. What should I do?
If your money transfer is in progress, kindly wait for 24 bank working hours for an update. If the transfer succeeds, it will be credited to the beneficiary account and if it fails, the amount will be reversed and it will reflect under the ‘Claim Refund’ icon.
